Characteristics of the system:

Old technology for veterinary waste processing for the corporation VAS Mojšova Lúčka consists of retrofit technological equipments, which are including step by step into factory control network based on LONWORKS processor NEURON, which are the basis of LON modules ELW from ELISS. Control network co-operates with dispatching system based on personal computers PC/AT by twisted pair line (FTT10).

Outputs of technological line are meat-bone powder and fat and control system secures outputs that can demonstrate keeping of technological steps and quality parameters that are required by the veterinary norm. Dispatcher follows whole line on two PCs in new dispatching or on PC console in old dispatching, which is next to production line. He actively controls whole technology by PC mouse.

Basis of modules ELW from ELISS - LONWORKS^TM makes logical binding between the preparation, new processing line and old retrofit line.

Additional capabilities of the control system:

- monitoring of run and performance of the drives and continuous control of chosen drives
- monitoring and control of steam flow
- watching and control of technological parameters: temperature, pressure, weighs, current motor protection, conveyer
  overloads, status of valves
- archivation of technological process including of text and graphics outputs to printer
- completely open solution with possibility of system spread and addition next more functions
